Refund & Cancellation Policy

How subscription renewals, cancellations, and refund requests work.

Recurring subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew each month and yearly subscriptions renew each year unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewals are processed by Creem using the payment method on file.

How to cancel

You can cancel from the account page by opening Manage subscription and payment. Cancellation is handled through the Creem customer portal.

Access after cancellation

If you cancel a subscription, you normally keep access until the end of the current paid billing period. After that date, access to paid features ends unless you subscribe again.

Refund requests

Refunds are not automatic. We generally do not provide refunds for normal recurring subscription renewals after access has been provided.

If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or have another billing issue, contact support with the email address used for the subscription, the charge date, and a short description of the issue. Refund decisions may depend on payment processor rules, account history, and whether the service was used after the charge.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, subscription access may be paused, marked past due, or canceled depending on Creem billing behavior.
