Privacy Policy

Dr. Wong is an AI conversation and self-reflection tool. It is designed for journaling, text conversation, and summary cards. It is not a medical, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or emergency support service.

We may collect the following information when you use the service:

• Account information, such as your email address.
• Authentication information managed by Supabase Auth.
• Subscription and billing status synced from Creem, such as plan, status, customer ID, and renewal date.
• Technical information needed to operate the site, such as request logs and error logs.

Conversation content is stored in your browser session storage for the current session. It is not intentionally persisted to our database by the application. If you refresh, close, or clear the page, conversation content may be lost.

Messages you send to the chat and summary endpoints are processed by the configured AI provider to generate responses and summary cards.

Payments, checkout, subscription management, invoices, and payment methods are handled by Creem. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We use information to provide the product, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

The product currently uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Creem for subscription billing, and an AI model provider for text generation.

We use reasonable technical measures to protect account and subscription data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
